"Through an extensive series of interviews with internal stakeholders, Maria identified key obstacles and shortcomings in our current structures, and offered practical, evidence-based recommendations for adjustments to improve them."
- Geoff Urton, General Manager, Strategy and Innovation BC SPCA
The BC SPCA wanted to ensure staff across the province of British Columbia were engaged through their strategic planning process. We consulted with the staff efficiently and working within their timelines. We heard that any engagement with them would need to be designed in a similar way - short, concise, focused and respectful.
Our study helped ensure all staff are consulted in a way that is meaningful and manageable for them.
