We wanted to support smaller communities and their heritage downtowns. We worked with the Province to create this workbook that includes best practices, case studies and economic analysis.
We examine the need for public spaces dedicated to people who live in their vehicle, and solutions for communities.
We took health data, including mental health, and compared it to how cities are built. When we overlaid the two we found some interesting correlations on how the built environment can impact our overall wellbeing, and how we can build better. An ongoing research project.

While we love good and meaningful consultation, we don’t think all consultation is the same. In this article we argue for why the City of Vancouver needs to make some big decisions instead of leaving it to a volunteer, unpaid group of citizens.
